Last year around this time I picked up some bigger fish up at lake goodwin, so that might be worth a shot. I was thinking about giving that a try myself one of these days.

Really want to try Merwin for kokes, but I just didn't really want to drive that far. I was hoping someone could point me to a lake that is a little closer and maybe had some holdovers or something. I had some good luck on ohop last year with some 14"-18" trout, but I think that they were planted, so it still might be a little early. Any suggestions?

Bigger fish and Kokes in the same breath???????? Well ok. I have one word for Kokes.... Bait...... If I was going for bigger fish I'd be heading east or south. Some of the lakes in the Vancouver area get some big plants. You said you were tired of American? I toss anything under about 16" back. Little spoons and troll fast.

We got skunked hard at Goodwin about a week ago. The water seems to be warming up a bit, though it was still pretty cold. I think it was 49 or so on the finder.
