If you mean the one in Federal Way, my home lake, I would have to say that no one I see there ever targets them specifcally. Most people fish for trout there. I bet with some stink bait that they'd probably be very willing takers. They experience ZERO fishing pressure. You had better hurry though. No and yes. Catfish, technically, I have heard there is brown bullhead catfish, but havnt actually caught them, but what lake dosnt have some species of bullhead? But as far as big species of catfish, no. In western WA there is only a handful of lakes with channels. I wish there was more over here. I have heard a lot about Hearts lake in Pierce county, about it having some nice cats and a pretty healthy population as well. But I am not sure on the season of the lake
