Yakima river has it's head waters in Benton county.

I know finding some of the rivers are tough because they run through several counties. I believe Aaron uses the USGS methodology of listing the river in the county of origin.

I recently found this out after inquiring about the section of the Snoqualmie River in King County. Although I understand why it's done this way, I can't say I'm fond of it. In previous years I'd incorrectly listed fishing one of the forks of the Snoqualmie in King County because I didn't know that you had to choose Snohomish County to select the Snoqualmie River main, so I just chose what was the closest fit.

Did they move Lake Keetchelus to Benton Co? Head waters of the Yak is the Lake and last time I checked it was in Kittitas.
Benton Co would be where the confluence of the Yak and Columbia is.

All I know is what am told. The river counties are determined by USGS information. :-k
