Post by Brat Bonker » Mon Oct 22, 2012 2:37 pm

anyone getting any silvers out of there this year, saw a a picture in the newspaper with a guy holding a nice little 6lb, never knew there where a decent run of them. Going tonight try my luck at some chum dogs.

I was not there today, but monday. You may have seen my friends though shu, I am going saturday and maybe sunday. Do any good by the way?
This place is no secret mike, everybody in kitsap county knows it gets the largest chum run in dyes inlet but you can not fish the creek only the tidal water. When it is hot there can be a lot of people like shoulder to shoulder for like a 1-2 hundred yard fishery if that plus the boats in the bay and everything, not to mention those darn fly fisherman! [-(
I am actually 5"11 and 17 years old, a little chubby white kid not going to lie but just listen for the funny noises I make when ever I lose a fish, can't miss me haha.

haha you like that mike haha. btw I was out today and saw king killa and his crew slaying me on the other hand did pretty good once they left, lets just say they really like chartreuse beads and purple prawns haha, who is going tommorrow, going saturday for sure but maybe friday too. Lots of dark fish mixed in but if you have patience you will tie into a nice shiny one. Also I was amazed by the lack of ethics some people had down there like one fly guy litterally took forever to land his snagged fish, dragged it in the mud for 30ft then took 5 minutes getting the hook out then decides to kick the fish all the back in the mud to the water and then seconds later I saw the same fish die, unbelievable...

I did ok on the Skok Sun. Brought home 3 bright fish. Went Tues with high hopes. Wasn't as good but I brought home 2 nice fish and got a buddy his first chum. He's hooked (pun intended) Other buddy had a nice silver, so it was a great trip. Hope to get out Sun again
