post says 4 people, t 2 fish each. Skagit, recently ive been fishing with a buddy in a sled, since ive finally had some free days, but today i guided 3 guys +me and the eddies and below and got 8 fish, saw like 8 other people and NO fish hooked, 7 of our 8 fish swallowed my eggs to the point of having to cut them off because plyers will not reach the hook, theres a lot of fish, getting them to bite is difficult, but ive got the presentation pretty much figured out, it took a few days to figure out how to get um to bite in the eddies, but the weird presentation i figured out is working well :-" :-$

hahaha I like that gotta have some privacy. Another nice day and it does not look like it will be raining anytime soon up there if you are wearing sunglasses and by the picture it looks sunny for the most part.

it actually getting really annoying, it needs to rain but it NEVER WILL> so stupid, if we get rain they will bite better longer and the cascade will get fish and thats super easy to slay um, but none in forecast, :thumbdown

You know that's going to happen Danny. When the big rain comes it's going to fill up the fields for days and we'll be stuck on the small rivers. But you gotta take what you can get, I've had great luck high water salmon fishing, and with the floodstage some of my waters put out big numbers while it's on the way down. Regardless once we get some water it's game on. On a lighter note, supposedly we're going to get an El Nino this winter, so it will be warm and dry. Which doesn't bode well for immediate rain, but when it does come it may not be enough to blow the system too bad.

im just praying we dont get double screwed, 3 months with no rain then it rains so much the rivers and unfishable for 2 weeks, i just want a nice good 2 day downpour and fill rivers with water and fish and go from there, Ahh if it were that easy... ive had entire coho seasons with flood stage river on the skagit, were gonna have to see!!

landed 22 coho with my clients on the skagit today, killed 10, had 4 guys and me, lots of chrome and a few darkies, all on eggs, overcast today bite lasted much longer, lots of swallowed eggs, see we had to kill some dark ones because they just were bleeding out from gill hooked, they love my eggs, hole hopped around upper skagit to find um, one hole was really loaded, rollers everywhere, bobber dogging good roe, saw a boat nail fish hardcore in the tailout of one hole too, heres pics!
