So whats considered the lower Puyallup

Is Mama Stortinis still good to fish and the blue glass building off main? I just need a verification here they should of did a map of the closed areas cuz were fishing Sunday caught 4 bright pinks...but good BBQ fish :D but a verification like I said would be killer thanks guys/gals and have a wonderful morning.Also one additional question is 17lb test sufficient for Pinks? or lighter or heavier?
