Property, house, 40x50 garage

Post by Amx » Sat Jan 08, 2011 5:47 pm

Am planning on selling my place sorta soon. Anyone interested on a great garage that is 50 feet long for their boat and truck to fit, and 40 feet wide for their other vehicles and crap. Double wide mobile home. 2 3/4 acres, mostly flat. Some trees for lots of shade. Send me a PM. In Maple Valley out by Hobart. The real estate agent will tell me how much it's worth later this coming week, I just called her.

Sorry to hear your moving AMX. How long until you leave? I guess you can think about finding new waters to explore. Don't be a stranger to the forum.:-({|=

Depends on how long it takes to find a buyer, do the paperwork, find a place, build a garage, move the stuff, build a house if there isn't one already there. I haven't gone down to look, but I use to live there back in high school so I have an idea of where outside of town. lol A guy I know from a car web site lives there and he'll tell me which real estate agent to talk to, and such. Maybe spring, most likely mid to late summer, or later.
