Skykomish info?
I am fairly new to the are and trying to learn your fishing out here. I have been fishing the Snohomish slaying the pinks in my 14' aluminum deep -V but floated the SKY last year a few times. I enjoy that river because there is hardly any boat traffic. I have drifted from High bridge down to Sultan and then Sultan down to Ben Howard. they where both nice floats and plenty of places to pull off and fish. Can anyone give me the breakdown of what they know fish wise and what part of the year. I am guessing that the pinks are in the sky now can anyone give me a ballpark area? How about the other yearly fishing on the sky? thanks.

Be careful the Sky, below Lewis Street to the mouth is more difficult to navigate this time of year and takes a little more experience. This section is well worth it though because it is loaded with humpies right now.

Yes the pinks are working their way up to the sky by now...For sure they are up to Lewis street, haven't seen much caught, but they are around.

Lewis Street is the bridge over the Sky at Monroe, highway 203 I think, runs south to Duvall. There are plenty of pinks in the river both above and below Lewis Street.

Lemme know if you need a few spots in terms of bank access. Never been on a river on a DB or a sled, so don't know squat about put ins and put outs, but I've found a few decent spots that have been kicking out fish for me off the bank the last few days. Pretty close from Kirkland too....
