Yakima River...over by Ellensburg?
RE:How well do you know your water? Photo location game.
Not the Yakima or any of it's tributaries.
RE:How well do you know your water? Photo location game.
Here are a couple of more photos, one down stream and one up stream to the north. I'll post one last photo around 5:00pm that should make it rather easy.

Heres a shot, looks like the Stillaguamish above Granite Falls...maybe near Mt.Pilchuck.
I'm only guessing by the 2nd pic and the mountainside in the background. Eitherway, its a gorgeous picture

Thanks, but not the Stilly or any of its tributaries. Correct side of the Cascades though. Where are all the selective gear/fly fishing folks? I see you all the time on this system.kevinb wrote:Heres a shot, looks like the Stillaguamish above Granite Falls...maybe near Mt.Pilchuck.

I dont know of a bridge that looks like that on the Snoqualmie. I know the southfork pretty good.Im gonna guess the Suiattle river.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.
RE:How well do you know your water? Photo location game.
Good, however the initial picture is of a confluence, so I'm looking for more than one name. I'm going to add one more pic that will give away the exact location.bionic_one wrote:Snoqualmie

Confluence of the middle and north forks of the snoqualmie:bom:

That's what I was waiting for. The picture was taken at Three Forks Park where the North and Middle Fork join. The South Fork joins in a little further downstream.Gringo Pescador wrote:Confluence of the middle and north forks of the snoqualmie:bom:

ok, here is a hard one (I think)... I don't know the exact date, but I figure it to be around 1900-1910.
Maybe some of you ice fishermen know it...
Clue #1, pic is taken from the east side of the lake looking west.

No, but I do have a similar old picture of people ice skating on Greenlake, before there were any buildings around it...racfish wrote:Green Lake?
More clues: Only 20% of the reports for this lake are from a boat and the original names for this lake were "Ha-AH-Chu" & "Tenas Chuck"
