Here's a different lake maybe a little easier. Dated about the same time...1936

Clue: The boats name has nothing to do with the lakes name. It is a Washington Lake.

I figured the Lake Wenatchee photo was so unclear that an accurate guess would be next to impossible. So rather than post lots of clues I figured that posting a photo that looked the same then as it does now would be the best course of action.
