That's typically an easy job. Any reason you can't do it yourself?

Usually some good "how to" videos on youtube or do a google search. I'd never done one before my 4hp Evinrude. Even with all the corrosion I had to clean up it was still one of the easiest things I've worked on. However, as simple as it should be, if you're not mechanically inclined, then you might as well just pay someone else to do it. Good luck.

I bought a new pump and impeller (haven't replaced it yet) from http://www.marineengine.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it was cheap, $35. it came with very detailed and pictured instructions on how to replace it for my motor, like almost better than what you get in a Manual... I haven't had the time yet and my 20hp Johnson is running great! i will probably replace it after salmon season, just as a routine thing..
