Makes one wonder. Wonder how we can prove it's a scam. Just have to wait to see if his agent comes up with CASH that isn't phony. BUT, why else would someone from Russia offer to buy a boat himself. It'd be best if the offer came in person with cash in hand and the cash is inspected by the bank before the paperwork is done.
