good question! I dont know do they even rate float tubes ? I am 200 pounds and I think the tube would handle considerably more weight with out a significant problem.

float tubes are rated for maximum weight, at least the ones I've seen online. I'm a big guy (250 lbs) so that is why I ask.

OK I just saw my tube for sale at the local sporting goods store for $70 thats about half what I paid for it a couple of years ago. So I am lowering my price to $35.00 and will consider trades of tackle or something.
