mudlake's road has been locked due to the vandalism, trash, and most recently the owner of the property were the access road starts, had his vehicle and home splattered with buckshot which was the last straw. there are many more access's through private properties that have recently been posted and or locked due because of problems. <')//<

Well not only is it happening there in Washngton, it's happening here in Idaho also. The State just this past month blocked off one of the roads driving to a apart of a lake where I USE TO be able to catch some nice 20" Rainbow and cutthrout trout. Now if I wanna fish that area I have to launch my jon boat and drive it about 6 miles to anchor and fish. With Nov. being the best time to fish the spot, the ol weather is not boater friendly (esp. in a jon boat). The area had a nice little rocky area, had a fire pit and even some pole holders. But people would go down and trash the place, leave cans, worm cups, sacks of grabage, tires, even a broken bicycle was thrown out in the lake there. I've went down to fish and had to clean up the place many of times but seems like everytime my boys and I went back it was a mess.
Well needless to say with the population growth here in the Pacific Northwest, us fishers and hunters will be loosing more and more area all the time. :thumbdown
