And from a source not know as being conservative either. Oh well, sucks to get old I guess. I'm personally starting to find that out myself.

This Year, My Wife and I have a Med Advantage Plan with Regency Blue Shield at a cost of $149 Each per Month.

Recently We received notice ,the cost for 2010 would be $262. each per Month. This is a 76% increase.

I called Regence Blue Shield and They told me part of the increase was necessary because The Government is cutting

payment to Med Advantage Plans.

President Obama said " If You like the plan You have, You can keep it"

What He should have added to the above statement is :if the plan still exists and if You can afford the increased cost.

The plan I'm on with Regence went up 27% last year. The plan they want to move me to next year currently has a 28% increase over my current plan but will have a higher deductible, have higher prescription drug charges, and cover way less than the plan I'm on. So yeah it all bites.
