Just wondering if there seems to be a new issue when uploading pics into forum posts?
I complelry understamd the file size limit, but the latest thing is that it will come up as your pic is an 'Invalid file'
It is the same file type as has always been.
I've seen other people having this problem as well.
Maybe it is a fix that is coming in the next upgrade?
Just womdering if Aaron/Mike, you are aware.

Like that last one, Tom.
Usually when the file is too large, the error message is 'file too large'
I will go back amd check file size.

I've changed all my bitmaps to jpegs. Jpegs take up MUCH less room/memory on the computer.

Same here. For some silly reason my Garmin insists on saving all screen shots as BMP's. They are huge files until converted. Better resolution though.

What is the file type?
There are lots of programs out there that will convert and or re-size images. Paint is one. Open the picture with Paint then do a 'save as' and you can change the file type and size. I use a program called FastStone Photo resizer quite a bit to downsize and change the format of groups of pics all at the same time.

Is a binch bigger or smaller than a bunch?

I can resize them on my phone, but still get the problem.
Is it because im on a phone? Should i dig up the old laptop for uploading?
Although i did get my avator to upload, computer stuff can be confusing..

I havent tried up-loading from a phone, so have no idea on that. They are probably too big though unless you downsize them.
