We have realized there is a nasty "bug" in our membership system. It's not "exactly" a bug, but it causes your account to be temporarily banned without reason or warning. Needless to say, this can be very upsetting to the person that got banned.
Aaron is aware of the issue and working on a solution, if there is one. In the meantime, this is his explanation and instructions on what to do if you get banned without reason:
This happens on occasion when a users ISP assigns them an IP address that we have marked as banned in our system. When a user is banned we disable their account and add their IP to a banned list to prevent them from returning and just creating another account. After awhile that IP is reassigned to another customer of the ISP, in this case you. I believe this is what has happened but will need your current IP to verify.
Could you please go to our Contact form and fill it out and submit it to us? The message we receive will have your current IP address and I'll be able to locate the problem that way.

Sorry for any problems or craziness this has caused. We can get it sorted out for you.
