Sunday can too but it is sometimes worth hitting up Sunday for all the price drops and vendors dumping their inventory.

Really? Do you have any examples?
About the stalking or Sunday?

No one really wants to pack up that inventory. I have found that just by asking on that last day/late is worth it. If it was your last opportunity to get your gear into someones hands it is almost worth giving it away.

I'd say the sit and stand stroller, easier to control with the crowd.

I went on Wed with my brothers. The show was ok and we had a good time. Picked up a few sale items from the Sportco booth. They had some good show prices.

The best par of the show for us was the Walleye/bass/trout seminar put on by Big Wally's Guide Service. He did great job but ran out of time. The vertical salmon jigging seminar was pretty good too.

We wanted to try the Fast Draw thing but got hungry and went out to dinner instead. We decided to make is a 100% fishing related day so we went to the new BassPro and ate in their restaurant/bowling alley. Food was good!

We've had a great time at the show and met a lot of members, and spread the word to new anglers. If you get a chance to come out today stop by at Booth 357 in the Main ShowPlex. Don't forget to print out that coupon and enter our drawing to win $100! The coupon isn't good at the door but it is at our booth. =D>

And, a Special Thanks to our Booth Helpers this year - Fishnislife, Toni, Gringo Pescador, Rob Holman, Ryan Hung, and Zack McGlothern. Your hep is greatly appreciated and saved my voice! [thumbup]

I had a lot of fun at the show the days I was able to go and help. Nothing beats hanging out with others who share your passion and talking shop.
Thanks Mike, Toni and Rob, it's always fun with you guys.
Good talking with all of you WL.com members I was able to meet. Hope to see you on the water this year.
Sorry I miss you guys Dez n Gringo. We'll catch up soon.

Mike, I enjoy doing it. I like to talk, as you know. Thanks Fishnislife for the dropshot hooks. I am going to try them.
It was wonderful talking with all of you who stopped by.

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Learned that years ago at the boat show. never go on the last day of a week long show again. I did set up guild trip for this summer and picked up some great tips at the Steel Head river and gear. Great meeting Mike after 5 years on the site. Look forward to the new changes and continuing to be a member.

Well we went Friday... that was the last time I'll go... there was nothing new and I found nothing there that I couldn't buy online cheaper... No warmwater tank or seminars ...everything fishing wise was pretty much salmon/ steelhead.. no real interest for me... the $20 it took to get in could have fill one of the fuel tanks on the boat, and we could have been on the lake...

I was real glad to have been able to stop by and say hi. The little ones got board really quick and thanks for the candy that helped for a bit. It was awesome to finally meet up in person.

I got to meet a bunch of people "in person" and talk to many I haven't seen in a long time. That was by far the best part of the show for me. I showed up around noon and the place was PACKED, but by about 4pm it really emptied out. The only thing I ended up coming home with is a dozen scones [razz]

Last year I skipped Puyallup and went to the Portland Show, my 2nd year there and would have done the same this year if we were going to have a booth down there. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you take the drive south for a day to check it out. I am debating if I will make a run down there this year or not. I think it will depend on the status of my fun-fund as last year I came home with a truckload. [woot]
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker
