Marine Area Borders

Can anyone tell me where the Marine area borders are clearly identified. Like where area 8-1 stops, and where 8-2 starts, 9, 10 etc. Thanks if you can. Also I need someone to go salmon fishing in the sound with. I don't have a boat big enough, and besides that I don't know what I am doing really. Grab yourself a copy of the 2007 fishing regs. The marine area boundries are pretty well mapped out.
