2lb mono

so i finally ran outta the spool of maxima perfection 2lb i bought a couple years ago. figured it'd fairly easy to find either another spool of it or a similar clear mono in a 1/4 or 1lb spool. oh boy was i wrong, seems like every brand of light line i trust doesn't do bigger than a 300yd spool these days. I ended up buying a one shot spool of something i don't have any experience with but seen a couple promising reviews on a crappie forum. i'm kinda thinking that either ultra light fishing is going the way side or i'm missing where to find line. either way it's frustrating start to the fishing season
