Northwest Fishing Reports

Hey guys, I wanted to highlight one of my friends inventions. It's a harness system that allows people with physical challenges to over some those challenges to fish. He's a local fisherman who needed something to help him fish and figured out a way to get the fishing done. He's had some really good success with it.
