Native Freshwater Shrimp?

Hey folks, sort of a random question but I'm curious to know if we (Pacific Northwest) have native freshwater shrimp in any of our waters. I recently purchased a home in rural Pierce County that has a pond. I wanted to add feeder shrimp such as ghost shrimp for the smaller fish and newts with the added benefit of them eating some of the algae etc. but I was hoping to keep it native if possible.
