You'll need to check with the WDFW website every day or two.

No further dates have been announced yet, and it will depend entirely on the catch data they recorded over the previous open dates (which they are no doubt analyzing) as to whether or not they determine further openings.

Looks like it is just coonstripe and pink shrimp in Puget sound region on June 1st, although I did not click through all areas. http://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/shellfish/shrimp/

No expert, but the couple times I have gone out we used seafood blend cat food (wet in the can stuff), cannot remember exact brand, whatever they had at Holiday Sports. Just use a can opener to put a few holes so scent escapes. We also used some of the shrimp pellets, both went in each pot.
Sorry cannot help with locations as I was in the San Juan's. Generally seemed like we were at deep channels near rocky out-croppings.

Area 12 (hood canal) will reopen for one more day of shrimp fishing on Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This includes spot prawn.
Cheers,
