I am so excited the season has finally opened I cant wait to go throw my pots in pine, where I might actually catch some!#-o

Remember, if you catch non-native crayfish they have to be dead before you leave the lake with them. See page 134 of this year's regs for details. Also, there is a size limit on native crayfish that I see many folks ignore. Good luck, today.

I know,the native signal crayfish needs to be at least 3 and a quarter inches to keep, and only five pots per person, and a limit of five ponds a day.

tell me if you get any and what you used to catch them. i soaked my pots for 2 hours while i was fish i was at the deep end and i used chicken for bait
