I really hope these pictures come thru, As time goes by and we get older & things change, sometime not for the best. The wife and I are getting up in years ( I am 79 and she is 73 ) but we are still fishing as often as we can both in salt and fresh. One of our problems has been getting in and out of the boat when on the trailer. Normally there is a small step ladder that we us to get over the transom, however sometimes we forget it and are forced to come in over the side, and that hurts. I decided to have a swim step built for the back, but I wanted the steps to be at an angle like the step ladder we use, also the steps must fold up and out of the way. I can step up about 8'' comfortable ( 2 artificial knees ) so this is what I came up with. A friend of my sons builds sled decks for the back of pickups, he is a great working with metals, here is what we came up with.....If anyone likes it, P M me and I will pass his info on, he is located in Marysville.........Wish I could add more pictures, but you get the idea............thanks for looking

That looks like a winner! Added benefit, should you fall over you could climb back in too.

Looks good. Maybe put a hand rail on the left also.
