I've saved alot of the guts from the humpys I caught this year. Will they make good catfish bait or should i throw them in the trash? They have been kept frozen by the way. Any info will be apreciated. THANX

Frog guts worked well for me in Kansas/Oklahoma when catfishin. They will work great for Crayfish also. Ya got a few more days to catch them, they close Oct 31.

If the catfish don't like 'em use them on crabs in the salt.

The most productive are the hearts and livers. Those are what I would try....

I'll second what Toni mentioned, they'll work great for crab. Also, don't forget to check the regs to see if you are allowed to chum in the waters you fish. If you are, chop or grind some up for chum and improve your chances!
