Can anyone give me a couple of lake recomendations for the Sequim/Port Angeles (sp?) areas? I will be going over to see my mom for a couple of days at the end of the month. Anybody who lives out there let me know if you wanna hook up (pun intended) :bom:

Lake Cresent is your best bet. There are more strains of trout in that lake, than any other in the state. I never fished there
but would like to. The lake is very big. 4700 acres. This lake is noted for there Beardslee rainbow and Crescenti cutthroat trout
I think its the only lake in the state with the Beardslee rainbow, and they get big. It also has eastern brook, Montana black
spotted cutthroat, & a few others. If you go, write on this site to let us know, if its worth making the trip.

Haha i wouldn't try Crescent Lake, I know it was a good lake back in like maybe the 70's or 80's but it's hard to catch fish out of there, even though if you do they'll be big. There's Lake Sutherland, I think that's what it's called and there's another lake up there I've been to that have some smaller trout in it, I think it had a dam on it but it's been a few years.
