Fishing Lake Stevens

Ok I want to fish lake Stevens but i dont have a boat, so I'm goign to fish at wyatt park. So what is the best method for catching fish at lake Stevens from shore or from a dock?

Powerbait off the bottom or worm chunk under a float.

worm under a float 5 to 6 foot of leader and 200+ trout in a year i love this lake.
