Perch fishing in American or ???

I want to do some Perch fishing. I think that American Lake (close by) has a pretty good population, but I'm not seeing much in the way of reports. I scanned the "Video" section and "Articles" and couldn't find anything.

Anybody have any information they can share? I only have a 8 foot with a trolling motor, so long distance travel on big lakes (Lake Washington) isn't going to work.

Any tips and trick will also be much appreciated!

Thank you,

p

My 2 cents worth:
Go to Members then GPS hotspots. Choose [Wa/Pierce/American/Perch]. That should show you where the perch hang out. And you can get there with an electric! Been there and done that! Good Luck.

You 're very welcome. And I didn't mean to appear to trivialize that objective. It sounds really good. I think I'm going to have to make such a trip in the near future myself!

I've had the best luck fishing outside the entrance to Little American in 15-30'. Last Sat the depth was 20', wasn't lights out but we got 11 decent keepers. Probably should have moved when rock bass took over but got lazy then called it a day. Good luck!

Heading back today with my youngest grandson. I hope we can find some fish to keep him busy!
