Fishing around Coulee.

Post by callplatinum » Sun Dec 14, 2014 7:12 pm

Extended my weekend stay till Tuesday.

Did a little hunting over the weekend.

Got the batteries charging on the boat.

Where should I head, and what should I fish for?

Located in Coulee city.

Besides location, tackle? etc?

Ideas? Where to launch?

Thanks?

Based on what I'm reading in the newspaper it looks like the face of the dam is a good spot for lake whitefish. Limit is 15.

Yeah, just saw that story on the news, 2nd big poaching in as many years.

Sadly a slap on the wrist, one headed home, other to 2 released no bail. I'd love to see that judge sit for 7 hrs in the cold like the gammie did.

Makes me sick.

I limited today at Keller Ferry.

looks like that area would be worth fishing and whitefish are tasty smoked. I've only had the river whitefish but the lake whitefish are much bigger.
