Winter Perch in Lake Washington

Ok, so I'll admit to being "not so hot" of a perch fisherman, especially now, as I'm typing this it's 27F degrees outside :-) Yikes! Of course, I love cutthroat fishing on Lk. Washignton and will willingly teach anyone who wants to learn how to fish for them, but I am looking at fishing perch this weekend. Does anyone have any ideas on where to fish? Have the perch moved deeper than 80'? Am I looking at 60 feet or deeper? I fished Arrowhead and the general Kenmore area in early and late October and it was great, but action has seemed to die off dramatically at that 35' depth. Any suggestions on tactics, locations, or anything else pertaining to Lake Washington winter perch fishing?! I would be willing to let you in on cutthroat hot spots, I just need some valuable information on this fishery right now, in the late Fall/early winter as it is right now. I'm coming from Kirkland, so the North end of the Lake would be the best if anyone had any information or knew how to fish perch in the winter months. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!!
