I will be Guiding in the Drano Lake / Wind River area in the Columbia River Gorge starting April 24th for Chrome Spring Chinook! I am currently offering a Washingtonlakes.com Special. I can fish up to 5 anglers in this fishery in my 23' Custom Sled. Singles and doubles are more that welcome as i can usually find a few more to join us. Some decent numbers of fish are starting to go over Bonneville Dam. A little over 800 passed yesterday. Fishing should be rocking by the end of the month. I am starting there on the 24th and will be there through the 9th of May. What does next week 14, 15, 16 look like?

I wish our calendars would have lined up Kyle. Our guide experience was terrible and didn't come home with any fish. We were on the Wind this past Sunday the 4th. It was a joke.

Sucks you had a bad experience, but fishing was tough that day. We were also at the wind and only picked up one fish. Had great company on the boat though and the weather cooperated for the most part. Hopefully we can hook up for a trip sometime down the road. I plan on being back in the gorge for Fall Chinook, and in the mean time I will be fishing Summer Chinook on the upper Columbia as well. The fishing this fall should be fantastic with the 1.6 million fall kings expected to cross Bonneville Dam!
