heres a site www.highwayshopper.com that can help with river flows and lake info for riffe,and many others if anyone is interested i grew up fishing lewis county lakes high mountain and small creeks i lived on a farm style life walking the tilton river daily fishing for trout and when i was old enogh to drive i ventured into the woods and started fly fishing mountain lakes and streams good times i will never forget,although now i have not fly fished in a few years because bass have given a new passion for myself,lewis county does offer some very good fishing.swafford has been one of my favorites for trout and bass though you have to be use to sitting in a smaller boat with no motor but its a feel of beign away from alot of fast paced things we endure all week.one of the best lures for bass in this lake are blk\blu senkos but now my fishing expierience has went up im sure there are more but if you want to put them in the boat these will definatley do the trick,fly fishing well you can troll with sinking line using jameson shrimp flies "green" if they even make them anymore i believe they were by skykomish flies sold locally in mossyrock at the time the big key was a little dab of pink shrimp oil and speed well just click the motor on one and hold for a bit bump up a little and shut off let the fly tick the grass and click back on also try making "S" pattern my friend an i have lost some really nice gear using these methods because when the big ones hit you better be holding on to the pole oh man the good times.i guess this all stems from lookin through my photo albums bringing back some memories, mermories are life,and my life is fishing, hope everyone has good times and enjoyes the time they spend outdoors and i cant wait to teach my 5 month old little girl to fish. please practice C-N-R as much as you can so we can all teach someone anyone the values of a true outdoorman.
