where to go
hey guys i would like to go fishing this weekend but it seems we are in between all the seasons. what would you guys go after during this time. any input would be awesome
RE:where to go
The OP for wild c&R steel. You can fish the whole river!
RE:where to go
Blackmouth in Puget Sound, Cutthroat in Sammamish or Washington, Steelhead on the Cowlitz or over on the Olypen, I have also been doing a bit of sturgeon fishing in my spare time. The only 2 out of that list that are worthwhile for a bank angler would be the OP and the Cowlitz. Expect the Cow to start putting out some real numbers in about 1-2 weeks (March madness).

No such thing as between seasons, just target different species.
Rufus Wood for trout, Roosevelt for Silvers, trout, or Walleye, ................. Don't get me started....

Too much water, so many fish, too little time.

The olympic peninsula. The bogachiel, hoh, queets, sold duc etc. I've love to be out there fishing for the wild ones. You can fish above the hatcheries, some of the most beautiful water ever, some of the most beautiful fish. My wife vetos it because it's too far away.
RE:where to go
The coast is where I will be this upcoming week. All of the locations Matt mentioned are places we hit often and do well. Good luck where ever you end up going. Hit the cow if you want to bring home fish.
