Turning Over???

When I was there Kapowsin wasnt turning over it was Rapjon and Jackson laes that were in that condition. Kapowsin was the same as last month when I was there.

I have not fished those lakes first hand, so I am not aware of their characteristics. Hopefully someone more familiar with your lakes will jump in and try to get you more specific answers about those lakes.
