Every year on our trip to ilwaco, i see this lake on the side of the road just before the town, Does anyone know the name, or if it has fish?

I think you must mean Black Lake. It does have fish. I have successfully fished it for largemouth bass.
A nice bass is too valuable a resource to enjoy catching only once.
