Lake Terrell near Ferndale has channel catfish into the 20lb. mark. An ajacent duck pond got stocked with them, too; contact Lake Terrell Wildlife Area Manager, Tom Reed for details.

Lake Fazon and Wiser Lake hold catfish, as well.

:-$ I'll be hitting lake Terrel in about two weeks (day after memorial day), going to be staying at the state park up there for 10 days (took two weeks off of work)...we were going to head south and hit sworfford pond and that are..but this is closer and if its nice then I'll hit it more often.
