beaches closed on lake washington
so i've been hearing reports (on the news and in the paper) about lake washington beaches closing due to high bacteria counts. the ones i know of so far are Juanita beach and Magnasun park. I think there is one down south in the renton area that is closed too, but i can't remember the name. Does this affect us fishermen at all? i mean should we worry? Should we not fish the area?#-o
there's nothing better than standing on the side of a lake or river knowing that only a handful of people have stood in that exact spot and witness the beauty of mother nature first hand.

For me, it just reaffirms my decision not to eat anything that comes out of that lake. (except maybe the salmon, which doesn't live in the lake).viet wrote:so i've been hearing reports (on the news and in the paper) about lake washington beaches closing due to high bacteria counts. the ones i know of so far are Juanita beach and Magnasun park.
