Has to do with protecting the native redsides in the upper Columbia. There was a big brouhaha over the winter when the proposed regulations were published. One was either on one side of the argument or the other.

The Moses Lake walleye club had a big discussion on this prior to submitting their comment. And.... the Moses Lake walleye club (in Moses Lake) meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month about 18 miles north of Warden. Brad, you can come up anytime. Membership is $10 per year.

What do we know about these Redsides?
I haden,t heard of them until a couple of years ago.
I understand there is a population of them in the Spokane River between the falls and the State line.
