I've been making up a new one to try for Kokanee! You guys might want to try it !
I take a Squid Hoochie , clip off the nose & push it up on the rear of a SPIN & GLOW with a little glue. Now the hoochie spins! Colors are endless!

Next I take the Hoochie & push a T cone in from the rear. Add a couple of beads & hooks. The T Cone really opens the skirt on the Hoochie! Also you can put a T cone on the front But put it on backwards, it makes them dance a little more! #-o Kokonuts
Where ever I go........There I am!

flatfish, bluefox spinners, and wedding rings once the fish have been in for a while but it doesnt matter at all because they are stocked fish, its just watever lure u like best, theyll hit anything
You can never catch fish if your line isn't in the water - you don't know if you don't go

For trolling my favorite lure was a hand tied spinner, like a wedding ring, using glow beads and one red bead in the center. Lately I've been using mini Apex lures or Pro-Troll Trout Killers, both do a great job at enticing the fish to strike.

For still fishing a slip sinker with marshmellow and worm does the trick most of the time.

For casting I use a bubble with a fly, typically a Carey Special unless there is a hatch I can match.

OK, here is one for you. For years, my best trolling lure was a plain old woolly worm fly, size 8 or 10, red tail, body green or brown, sometimes orange in the fall, hackle to match.

I would troll these with a weight about 2' ahead of the fly, down to the depth I wanted.
Too much water, so many fish, too little time.

Sometimes trolling a nightcrawler kills em. Lots of nice fish if you start trolling bigger worms....
