There are a couple of recent reports on the Columbia Basin fishing report section...does not sound like it has warmed up enough yet.

thanks man, my step dad has been going to the columbia but lately he hasn't been getting much so I just want to see if there were any hot spots.
Also do you know any spots by steam boat landing by chance?

Closed for salmon.
Improving for bass.
Good for walleye.
Just opened for Squawfish bounty hunting.

i went out fishing by wintler park and caught a couple bass. just wait for the warmer weather thats gunna be coming

thanks man, me and a couple friends went to steam boat landing and all we caught was air, so I guess it was cause it was so cold

I love that Steamboat Rock area for camping and fishing.I look forward to those hot summer days in the Banks Lake area.

A squawfish in now a Northern Pikeminnow because some people were offended by the name.
There is a bounty-fishing season for them in Washington State.

umatilla area and where the snake dumps into it has turned-on the last week or so. good for bass and walleye. UPS buddy caught a 5 1/2 lb. smallie trolling shad raps for wally's on friday. going to hit it again friday.

yeah a couple of my buddies caught some shad at steamboat landing in washougal. They were pretty nice size I might add

NOPE FISHERMAN MAX, IVE NEVER MET YOU. IVE GOT SOME BUDDIES THAT WORK FOR UPS OUT OF SPOKANE AND TRI-CITIES (COUPLE OF DRIVERS, COUPLE OF SLAES REPS). I MYSELF AM A 10-BRANCH ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH UPS, AND, WITH ALL THE GOLFING AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT THAT THEY CONTRIBUTE TO ME, I MEET A TON OF THIER EMPLOYEES. HOPE TO MEET YOU SOMEDAY, THOUGH. MAYBE SOME OF YOU VANCOUVER/PORTLAND GUYS CAN HELP ME WITH ONE OF THE YOUTH GROUP OUTINGS TO POTHOLES TO BUILD HABITAT BOXES FOR THIER WARMWATER FISHERY PROJECT, THEN, YOU WOULD BE EVERBODIES UPS BUDDY!!!!:cheers:
