Do they exist? Are they worth fishing for?..

I remember when I was younger we would fish for them above Montesano.

practically non existent. imho a waste of gas and time. i too remember when there was a fishery here. wdfw only opened it up for political reasons to do with nets and the like.

early july of every year we start hitting kings up on the upper east fork satsop while fishing cuthroat, all wild and can't keep them anyway and not targeting them but they are there.

never heard any first hand reports from the chehalis.

did a search of the WDFW site and they say its a depressed summer run
