Puyallup open during netting?

I've read as well as overheard a number of people talk about fishing the Puyallup during the designated netting days... I am curious if anyone could or would be willing to tell me IF or where it is okay to go on the days it's supposed to be closed? I've been to the Nisqually a few times, caught a few fish, and after today have come to the conclusion there are a lot more a-holes out there than I typically find at the Puyallup! Would love to stay where it is friendly and comfortable and not have to take 3 days off from fishing every week lol

Only the lower river is closed. Anything up river from the mouth of the White is still fair game. I was still nailing them (pinks) last Monday even with the netting.

My son in law is at 116th and has a couple on the bank. The river is in better shape today.

Does it get pretty crowded out there on netting days?
