How long do eggs last in the fridge that are waiting to be cured? Caught some fish on Tuesday but haven't had time to cure them. Are they still good. I put them in a ziplock bag in the fridge, are they still good to cure? I got the fish on Tuesday Oct 11th.

Directions for the sulfide cures say 24 to 36 hours. I've gone 2 days, I'm sure others have gone longer. Only one way to find out if they're still good!

Ehh, cure 'em up and use them when until you catch another fresher hen. I cure my eggs as soon as I get home, after that they last forever. I vacuum seal and freeze when I have a surplus, but I usually use 'em up before that.
