Washougal River Fishing

Post by wbroekhof » Fri May 23, 2014 12:23 pm

Seeing if anyone has any tips for early summer steelhead on the Washougal River? Heading over to visit family who live about 15 minutes away this weekend so I was going to hit the river on Sunday. Saw there are selective gear rules in effect and the river is closed above Mt. Norway Bridge so I was going to start there and work the water down switching in between jigs, beads and spoons. Not looking for any honey holes or anything just if certain things work well. Thanks in advance!
