To each their own though. I guess next time I startle big game I'll just try and out run it. Because that makes sense. (Sarcasm)

I gave my thoughts so now I will be done posting on this thread before bodofish goes all extremist on me. [flapper] Good luck and keep it safe out there guys.

Yea. Id probably just stay, maybe try to reach out and touch it even.

Yea, just like at Northwest Trek. Too bad they don't get close enough to you to do that! Next time I'll just hop on its back real quick and dig my heels into its sides to see what happens. How cool what that be to see someone do that with two rods in one hand and a tackle bag in the other. Too funny. Trust me, my minds been circling about that moment ever since.

Deer really freak out when that happens. If you move REAL slow, you can sneak right up on 'em. They sure can jump high though. Poked a rabbit once too hard and had to eat it though.

Keep stirring the pot Nate, LOL, that last part is hilarious! [biggrin].

I know I said I wasn't going to respond to this thread again but................since you guys were getting a little agitated I figured I would find some good info for everyone. Keep in mind, I'm not trying to piss in anyones Wheaties, I just want people to be as safe as they can be.

Please read all 10 pages. Some very good info on various animal vs. human confrontations.
