Awesome! Goes to show that you don't need the $500 Loomis NRX rod and $700 Diawa Steez reel to catch bass. A Barbie rod...who would have thought

Looks like she'll be a fisherman for life now! Reminds me of when my son was 5 yrs old and he caught a 5 lb walleye. He kept trying to get me to reel it in for him. I never touched the rod and he reacted just like this little girl did. He was so proud to tell everyone that he reeled it in mby himself with no help. He certainly was a fishermen for life. Nice job out there dad. Cherish every moment you get like that. [thumbsup]
