New in town.

I am from southern cali and up here for work, bass fish every chance i get just trying to find where to go for some good ole bass fishing from shore. Boat and tubes r back home so looks like im hoofing it,lol. not looking for secret spot or anyones honey hole. just hoping somone can point me in the right directon, im in the kelso longview area right now. Any help???

Welcome to the site SoCal. I'm living on the east side of the state and haven't fished that area before but this may be of some help. Kress Lake sounds like a good one.

tried it today actually, only had and hour got 3 small ones on a jig nothing with really any size. but hey small fish is better than no fish its a start. thanks though.

Welcome! That is a little out of my way to have any helpful knowledge of bearby lakes, but I think you aren't too far from Silver lake. I hear there is a place you can even rent a little boat.
I'd even check out the Columbia River for smallies.

Silver not far from ya. You need a tube or small boat to get to the pigs. Not many places to bank fish. Now the water is low enough to wade? I belive the river down there has bass also. Just about every Lk in that area has bass even the small ponds off the roads. Good luck.
