Re: Lake Tapps Bass Fishing
From some reports I hear that you need to look for big rocks, cement walls on the sun setting side of the lake. Something that will Heat the water up in the area. I didn’t know the lake so I cannot mention where, but there must be plenty of spots to try with those credentials

Re: Best Ultralight Lures For Small Bass
Ever try a Slip Bobber and jig for smaller bass? Crappie Magnet to be exact. I’ve caught plenty of LMB on this set up. At Langlouis you can catch smaller ones all day this way.

Re: WTB: Luhr Jensen Hot Shots Size 50 and or 60
Really surprised no response. These have to be sitting in someone’s box collecting dust. I am not collecting.....I just want to try different colors that are no longer produced. I find the currently color choices weak myself.

Re: What is considered a "big" or "trophy" crappie?
Have had a few nice one lately here on the west side.....12” broke my personal best. Next trip had a nice 11.5” but not as thick. Thinking that I did not catch the largest one in the lake so I will try some more.

I’ll have my pontoon and I know where to launch it at. I have read the reports what few there are. I will be trolling, Bobber Fishing and some Fly. ...

Interest in that area myself....McGinnis also.
When is a good time to head that way? How about Spiny Ray’s? June and beyond?
My main goal is to catch Brookies at McGinnis
Heard the resort is a dump....stay in Omak was suggested instead. Just a room with no water.

LOST @ Munn Lake......Life Vest NRS Chinook Orange Size S/M........02/18/2018
Stupid of me, but I put my like new NRS Chinook Life Vest on the roof of my Honda Element as I came off the lake and never loaded it back in. Also, a pair of miss matched Gloves (Black and a Camo colors) It could have fallen off my car going over the speed bumps or turning onto 65th st. Last year I ...

Re: Tough winter
I target later starting times, or basically the warmest periods of the day..... 2 to 3 Hours Out the. Some bugs hatch during the warmest time of the day also which can’t hurt. I fish from a pontoon with stocking foot waders. I try to have me feet in the water as little as possible so they stay warme...

Munn....if you like to not keep your fish and not use bait, and not use scent, and barbless single hooks!
Beaver....light pressure after the 3rd plant should keep the action going a few more weeks. You will need to be on the water though.
Offut.....good dock fishing...worm, marshmallow

Re: Crappie Fishing
I finally caught some Crappie today....three 11-12".....I was targeting them but had no clue if there were active yet at this little lake. Two people told me nothing yet, both live on the lake, yet I found a few. See my report.

Re: Crappie Fishing
Thanks for the get backs. I was at a lake today that I scooped out a few spots were Crappie might earlier. Then I was told that there was indeed some in the lakes and since I was using a Trout Magnet for Trout, I went over to this spot and tossed in my TM and Slip Bobber between some overhead low br...
