I was fishing the other day and a kid let me try his Lamiglass IX something pole (he said he spent $900 on pole and baitcaster reel) it was SO sensitive while driftfishing, it made my SST feel like it had the sensitivity of a baseball bat. went to Thomas Eddy yesterday from 3:30 till 7. fished all over. there were some sufacing. saw one fish caught in 3.5 hours with about 25 fisherman. I tried various options. no hits. they were not biting. the one caught was on a dick night with a long leader, so it was probably flossed.

went this afternoon, pretty much clear water so go for it. caught one on my second cast and then nothing for two hours

i got there at 8 am and water was running at abut 1500 - (not high at all) but it was very muddy

Green River Muddy

I went to the Green River near Auburn yesterday. the river was at a normal level but very muddy with about 1 foot visibility. why is is so muddy? it is the dam causing it or is there a landslide in the river? sucks to drive an hour to a muddy river. did manage to catch and release one chum and lost ...
